Hi Sheldon,
First of all, thank you for posting your question here at Fixya.
The symptoms you've mentioned is an indication that the unit gone to malfunction. My first advice is to unplug the unit from the outlet(AC source) for at least 15 minutes to reset the system and then check if the symptoms remain the same. If yes, lets check the LED error code to determine where the fault came from by following the steps below.
Press and hold for 5 seconds the front panel button keys "Input" and "Menu" at the same time to activate the error code mode. The LED will flashes a two digit error code.
Example : if the error code is "22", the led will flash two times pause and then flash again two times and the error code will cycle for five times.
Please let me know the result to continue our diagnosis.

havent heard back from you I received code 23 by your method of retrieval
Where is your reply saying the result of the error code? The only comment that I've saw right now is "havent heard back from you I received code 23 by your method of retrieval " and your feedback.
"23" is a horizontal deflection failure. Your unit will not resume its normal operation once the faulty parts on the horizontal circuitry is not isolated. This section is the hazardous one because this is where the high voltage generated. Please let me know if you have necessary tools and test instrument, handy with electronics?
Iam still waiting for schematics and advice I get email from fixya from premium support, am I doing something wrong? I was under the impression that I could talk back and forth with mjsazon, and was getting emailed the necessary diagrams
Please email me at [email protected], I will send to you the copy of the repair manual.
