I cannot get my e-mails in my box to load. I get the "load" word and nothing happens after that.

This could be a temporary problem with Yahoo or it could be a connection issue. Make sure that you can get to other websites and that they work properly. If you can, then wait 10-15 minutes and try to access your mail again.

You might also try clearing the cache in your browser and deleting your cookies. If using Internet Explorer:

  1. Click on Tools and select Internet Options
  2. In the Browsing History section, click Delete
  3. Uncheck everything except Temporary Internet files and cookies
  4. Click Delete
  5. Click Ok when that process finishes
  6. Close your browser and re-open it

My yahoomail wont open

Most of the time, the internet browser is the problem when a page won't load up. If you're accessing your Yahoo! Mail everyday, there will come a time that your browser will be filled out with cookies and cache.

However, you must try to isolate first, to make sure that the problem is the browser and not the Yahoo! Mail sign in page. Here are the things that you may try:

1. Try to use different internet browser and access your Yahoo! Mail. If the sign in page loads up, then it's the browser.

2. Try to access the Yahoo! Mail in a different computer that is connected to a different network.

If the problem is only happening in one browser, then it's the browser. You may try to clear the cookies and cache. Here's how:

* For Internet Explorer
- Open your IE > Tools > Internet Options
- Click the "Delete" button under the browsing history.
- Select cookies, internet files, etc.
- Select "Delete All".
- Close and re-open your IE.
- Try to access your Yahoo! Mail.

* For Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox > Tools > Clear Recent History.
- Select cookies, cache, browsing and download, etc.
- Click on "Clear Now"
- Close and re-open your Firefox
- Try to access your Yahoo! Mail.

Thank you and good luck!

Msn e-mail

Either you're clicking on the wrong spot, or your computer is freezing up. Does the link change color or light up right when you click on it? If so, it's not the link. Does your computer freeze up or does it just act like the links are useless?

Strange... open your Internet page. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs. What shows as your default mail client? Try changing it from that to another and try left clicking a link and let us know what happens.
