My girlfriend purchased the headset a little before december of 2011 for a christmas present and it was working perfectly well. I use the headset for my playstation 3 console. About a week or so ago the speakers dont work anymore at all but everyone that i game with can still hear me. I have done everything from messing with the audio settings with my game console which i am very much familiar with and can set up with my eyes closed but nothing seems to work. I was hoping somehow I can be reimbursed for the headset or a solution to help me. Thank you

First. If the sound is working but you are experiencing problems with some sounds? its either the way the game is or its a program specific problem. Because the other game doesnt work I would recommend updating the audio drivers. If you provide specs on the Motherboard (make & model #) I could help you find them.

i just bought the headset for my ps3, and it works when i use it to test in accessory s but when i use it to play gta4 it don't want to work. can someone help me figure out how to us it, and how to get it to work. what do i need to do.
