I purchased this phone in carphone warehouse a few months ago, brand new and unlocked as i already had a contract sim. it has always worked, all of a sudden a couple of days ago it stopped me from sending out or recieving texts, the signal bars are there, along with the network. Internet, facebook, blackberry messenger, facebook and applications work.. just not texts and calls. when someone tries to call me it goes to answer phone and when i try to call it says "call failed" and with texts, when someone texts me... it says it sent, but when i text it comes up with a filure flag !!!! HELP !!! Oh yeah and my sim works in all other phones !
Try turning off off for a min. or two that always help. call your co. and find out if the tranmitters are working they may be working on something in the area you are at. they can tell you if you have fair, good, or great coverage just by telling them the area ( zip coded) you are in. If all else fails like it my case, request a new phone.
