umm i got the same phone and like all you have to do is go to someone else who can save songs and images on there phone and have them send it to you then click options when they do then click use highlighted object then save

I just got off the phone with Metro n basically dude (who wasnt very freakin helpful at all mite i add) said the only way you can save games and ringtones is if you BUY them from @Metro. go figure Same here.
