I can't log in to 2go

Hi,
you have to do the signup from your phone or any phone that is gprs enabled, what i mean is phones that you can surf the net with. Just visit wap.2go.im and fill the forms.
Note
you're advised to use your phone which you want the application on. This is because after filling the form, you'll be given a link to download the 2go platform specific to your phone.

I have successfully downloaded 2go to my blackberry phone, when i want to use the software, it refuse to open, I get the message "cannot connect to 2go servers. please check your GPRS settings with your netweork operator and try again. If the problem persists please visit wap.2go.in" can your guys please help me out,

I opened a new 2go with the same username and password of my other 2go but now i want to change the username and password pls help me my number is 08162728608
