My facebook account is telling me i have an invalid email address even though just hours before i was logged in without any problems.i have had to set up a new profile (the exact same one) all over again. i have lost all my friends and mob wars and have had no response to the numerous emails i sent to facebook.

Emailing your issues will leave frustrated and without resolution. Call facebook support and talk to a human being. The number is 650-853-1300 press option #1. You will not find this number anywhere on fb site. I suppose fb feels its not important to suppy this info to customers. They can run but they cannot hide, lol.

I have been locked out of my own facebook account for almost a month and i have written fb several messages to no avail. finally i realized that since my profile is still visible on facebook without my having access to it, that facebook was violating their own privacy policy, wherein they promise that we have the ability to adjust our privacy settings. without being able to access my account, they had stripped me of my right to adjust my privacy settings. This was enough to complain to TRUSTe. i got an email from TRUSTe last night, and they said that they agreed my privacy was being violated and they agreed to contact facebook on my behalf. this is the ONLY way so far that i have had any success with this issue. i'm still not back into my account yet, but i'm sure that TRUSTe will be able to get it done! go to http://www.facebook.com/policy.php?ref=pf and scroll down to find out how to write a message of complaint to TRUSTe about Facebook. I posted above a sample of what facebook sent to me....and if I just clicked on
the highlighted link it did not work.
So what i did instead of clicking on the link, I highlighted that entire string
of letters and numbers and pasted it into my browser........and it took me to
the reset link!

I tried to reset my password and I get the email at my address, the link directs me back to facebook which then tells me my email address is invalid!
I have exactly the same problem : It says that my password in not corresponding to my e-mail address (whereas I know it is), so I try to get a new password. I receive an e-mail from facebook with a link to get a new password but when I clik on the link it says that my e-mail is invalid. So I'm locked out of my profile whereas a few hours before I could perfectly log in. And I have no answer from facebook support.

I have the same problem, I have used my account for about 3 weeks without problems.
Now when I try to resent, I am in a nasty loop with FB telling me that I have an invalid email address: [email protected] this email falls within their rules.
FB does not respond to my numerous help requests, over a 2 week period. I don't beleive they have a valid help desk.

i cannot access facebook..or emails easily and its taking me half an hour before I can get set for work. whats going on.
I am experiencing regular problems accessing my gmail emails. There is a constant message stating the gmail account has faults.
One point in question being that the Flight Centre office had a return of 40 emails that were sent to me regarding holiday details in one day on 27 March which would seem totally unprofessional. Fortunately I do have another email address to rely on.
Please correct this and let me know exactly what the problem is.
