Hi sir!!!

Actually horizontal lines base on my own experience will cause of bad/faulty T-con board and the low screen light (back-light) cause of bad inverter board or weak cold cathode light when the 2 parts are both indicate faulty (inverter and T-con) the possible problems is on the power supply board..Because its very rare to LCD having 2 or more boards fault..

If that is the case..You need to check the power supply board (it is usually connected directly to the power cord)..Power supply is very hard working parts of all LCD TV so that this board is a commonly problem of all flat panel TV..This board is the one that responsible to supply DC voltage such as 5vdc,12vdc,24vdc to all the boards to function it properly..If the power supply board having voltage drop on there output all parts are not properly works until time comes that the TV will not turn at all..

Try to inspect the power supply first..Look at the power supply board (usually connected next directly to power cord).
Try this numerical steps.

  1. Open the back cover.
  2. Locate the power supply board.(usually connected next directly to power cord).
  3. Inspect the power supply board for any bulged/dome capacitors.
horizontal line through screen and low screen - 1_17_2012_4_14_43_pm.jpeg
4. If you found any bulged capacitors like the picture above kindly replace it with the same value (example:1000uf/35v means 1000microfarad/35volts)..
5. When you replacing the capacitors make it sure that you memorized the exact position of it because capacitors having polarity.Wrong polarity can cause more damaged. To make it sure please take a picture of it to avoid mistakes..
6. After replacing bad caps if any..Try to power it on again..

Hope it helps..If not please let me know..

Just keep on touch to me to fix your TV..

regards,
chester.

To adjust headlamp alignment, rotate alignment
screws to achieve the specified low beam hot spot
pattern.
A properly aimed low beam headlamp will project a
high intensity light pattern on the screen with the
horizontal cut-off line aligned with the tape line 130
mm (5.12 in.) below the headlamp centerline. The
intersection of the horizontal and 15 degree cut-off
lines in the projected pattern should align to the
intersection of the headlamp centerline vertical tape
line and the tape line 130 mm (5.12 in.) below the
headlamp horizontal centerline

I have heavy lines both horizontally and vertically. If something is over-driven, how do I get to it for adjustment?

1.- Are lines overimposed to the normal picture?
2.- Horizontal lines? Maybe slanted or diagonal.

It looks like you have screen voltage problem.
Or 185 volts is too low for driving the 3 (red - green - blue) transistors.

Adjustment should be by the flyback body itself.

Horizontal line appearing on desktop

The fault looks like white lines horizontally along the screen. These are the retrace lines that become visible due to absence of proper screen/grid voltage. You will need to open the monitor only if you are familiar with power electronics, a bit of experince is important as the stages are delicate and contains high voltage. If not take help, check for faulty capacitor or low value of resistors in the screen/grid sections of the crt. Couple across parallel to the suspected capacitor to confirm and change. Use a meter to see the voltage across faulty resistors. In some cases reducing the screen potentiometer ( onthe Line output transformer)can solve the faulty. Hope you try. Good day

How do you adjust a headlight from pointing up to the right height

VERTICAL AIM ADJUSTMENT
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface approximately 7.6 meters (25 feet)
from a vertical wall or screen directly in front of it.

2. Measure the height from the
center of your headlamp to the
ground and mark a 2.4 meter (8
foot) horizontal reference line on
the vertical wall or screen at this
height (a piece of masking tape
works well). The center of the lamp
is marked by a 3.0 mm circle on the
headlamp lens.

3. Turn on the low beam headlamps to illuminate the wall or screen and
open the hood.

4. On the wall or screen you will
observe a light pattern with a
distinct horizontal edge of high
intensity light with a slight angle
towards the right. If this edge is not
at the horizontal reference line, the
beam will need to be adjusted.

5. Locate the vertical adjuster on
each headlamp, then use a 4 mm
socket/wrench to turn the adjuster
either counterclockwise (to adjust
down) or clockwise (to adjust up)
aligning the upper edge of the light
pattern up to the horizontal line
.
6. HORIZONTAL AIM IS NOT
REQUIRED FOR THIS VEHICLE
AND IS NON-ADJUSTABLE.

Hitachi 53sbx59b horizontal wave lines

I would check the main power supply for a bad filter cap. That could cause the wavy lines. The different colors are probably a problem with the convergence circuit. Try resoldering the convergence ICs first. If that does not resolve it replace the ICs. Also check for low valued resistors in that same circuit or pico fuses.

Horizontal pale blue lines on LCD screen and even on picture

Hey Ma-ya,
Most of the time horizontal lines are a result of taking photographs in very bright situations. If you are seeing horizontal lines on the LCD screen and in your images in low light situations this is most likely digital noise. Two ways that could fix this problem are turning the noise reduction on, and/or making sure your flash is turned on and your subject is within the range of your flash. Another cause of digital noise is having your iso set too high (I never shoot over 400 iso). I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

only horizontal line it is a vertical section failure. caution keep brightnenn as low as possible till it is rectified & you put on tv before it this just to avoid screen burn. solution 1 check for loose contact or crack print or loose deflection coil connector. 2 check supply to vertical section. 3 check vertical ic. 4 vertical (50)Hz signalto vertical section. good luck
