Menu pops up constantly

Try removing the battery in the remote. If it stops happening, you need to buy a new remote. If it not, the control electronics is messing up.

Probably a stuck button, either the menu button on the set itself is stuck or a menu button on a remote is active. Press the menu button on the set itself and see if that "un-sticks" the button, if it was indeed stuck. If the menu keeps popping up, take the remotes from the room and go back in without the remotes and see if the menu is popping up. Try the menu button again on the TV itself to see if that changes things. If the problem was a remote, perhaps it was laying wrong and depressing a button. Or, a button on it may have indeed been stuck. Bring the remotes back in and see if the menu starts popping up.

Check whether its menu button on the TV control panel is jammed.

It part of the caption functions is on.Tries find in ur tv menu,goto captioning functions like CC1,2,3 and Text 1,2,3.Turn it all off.These radom black boxes and trying typing somethings,should stop.

Your remote might be causing this, try replacing your remote with a new batteries

check remote faulty batteries/take them out see if it stops doing it also depress menu button on tv might be stuck

Isolate the problem by removing the batteries from the remote. If the problem goes away replace the remote: "CHEAP" .
If the problem does not go away, the problem is in the TV, repair the TV "EXPENSIVE" !

The most commom causes are One. There ia a stuck button on the tv itself. The Menu button. The membrane switch or the TACT switch is bad and needs to be replaced. The Main bd can also be bad.

I see this alot at the shop common problem... the front conrtrol buttons have become damaged. you need to replace it. You can remove the front panel and leave it out until you can get the front keyboard cuicit board. Just use your remote to control the tv. to remove the board just remove the front middle panel via the t20 torx screws. then unplug the connector. You can get a new cuicit board via union electonics... you need the entire model number...r52wh73 yx1 or yx2 something like that it is in small letters on the same label as the large model number, Let me know if you need any more help on this repair.
