Hi there,
My CLP 300 is only 1 year old, but has started to persistently crumple the lower right hand side of my pages. I moved from a 20 lb weight paper to a 28 lb, but it still happens. Perhaps the right hand roller isn't clean? or it is overheating, causing the paper to crumple? Thanks for your help on this...
There is a foreign object in the paper feed path. It could be anything from a paper clip or staple through to an insect (or worse). It will definitely be on the side where the crumpling occurs. Try feeding a strip of card or thin flexible plastic backwards through the feed mechanism. A laminated sheet of paper can also be effective for this.

Clean the feed roller.
Remove the paper tray, from the bottom there is a grey rubber semi wheel in the middle front of where the paper tray would be. Use a cloth with WD-40, brake cleaner, or lighter fluid to lightly wipe the rubber clean. Put the paper tray back in and it should print.

the drum of the printer may be damaged. check if there's a noticeable line. replace if so
