I am trying to play Guitar Hero 5 on my Xbox 360 but it says I need to connect to a microphone. I don't have a microphone. Is there anyway to play it without a microphone?

If you look on the front of your 360 way down at the bottom you will see a little door at the bottom, push the little flap in towards the system and you will see two usb ports, plug it in there.

SOURCE: XBOX 360 wireless guitar doesnt connect to system & dont know why

Power on your Xbox console and allow it to load to the Xbox dashboard.

Press the green Xbox controller on the guitar. All four lights surrounding the button should start flashing.

Press the connect button on your Xbox console (It's next to the Memory Card #2 slot).

Press the wireless button on the "Guitar Hero 3" guitar (Look for the on the bottom of the guitar).

Wait for the four lights to stop flashing, with one light becoming a solid green. Your air guitar should now be connected remotely to the Xbox.

I have guitar hero 3 on xbox 360 along with the wireless drums (cymbal and hi hat) and the wireless guitar. I can not get them to play together. The guitar plays but I can't get the drums to play. do I...

Unfortunately, Guitar Hero 3 does not support drums. World Tour is the first game in the series to support them. In addition, if they aren't official Guitar Hero drums, they aren't guaranteed to work with World Tour. Hopefully they do work. Good luck!

I cant figure out how to sync my guitar to play guitar hero

First of all make sure your guitar hero controller turns on and flash's. Next, you will see at the bottom of the guitar hero controller there is a little button. On your Xbox 360 there should also be a syncbutton which you use to sync controllers. Hold the sync button down on your Xbox and at the same time on your guitar hero controller as well. You should see that the lights on your xbox and controller spin round and then flash a few time in till displaying one light next to the appropriate number. Please note that you cannot use a Rock band controller on Guitar hero. If You controller still does not connect then try changing the batteries in case they are low, but if the problem continues to persist then you shall have to call Xbox customer support by going to www.Xbox.co.uk .

How do we get 4 players to play

You need the microphone, two guitars, and the drums to play with four players.

Turn them all on, and go into the game. It will recognize all four controllers, and let you play with four people.

Unable to connect xbox 360 to Guitar HeroWT Wireless Drums/Guitar

pmac92,
Did you sync your guitar and drums first? They are just like a normal xbox 360 wireless controller, you need to sync them.

Just got the xbox 360 guitar hero world tour for christmas. We got the drums and guitar working with no problems, but the microphone wont work. Is that supposed to plug directly into the console?

What you need to do is plug the microphone into the xbox 360, then you need to connect a regular 360 controller to the xbox... there are not any buttons on the microphone which is why the controller is needed.
