Cant delete smses from Dopod 577W

Block them.

Page 60 of the manual says
In Device chose delete saved information
there tap delete recent locations and read the warning
than tap delete.

Try this method to delete what you do not want..

BIG WARNING: DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER.
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
ONE MORE BIG WARNING: BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER.

The only way you will be able to read deleted messages if you are using a third-party file manager, like "Xplore." If you do not have a functioning file management program, then you will not be able to read a deleted message.

Check message Center settings... Also delete some unwanted messages from Received/sent/draft folders and try...

If it does not work out,

First, take a backup of ALL ur data...from ur contacts, to ur music, any notes, images etc.

Then, call this:
*#7370#

This is a Hard reset code. It will reset everything on ur phone. Even your phone memory.

Only a suggestion, how about restore factory settings? I have been on the phone to an orange provider somthing gone heywire and he said to do that and it worked? Hope it helps.

Use Desktop Manager or if it comes with a .jad file copy to SD card and goto Media->Explore select .jad file

software you need to install software
let it install before connecting phone to comp
then after finish the install then connect the phone to usb cable
you might if this didnt work the first time have to uninstall all the software and try a fresh copy of the software in comp to sync everything with desktop manager

Sorry for you. I guess your display driver is gone. That's why you only see blank white screen.

Display driver issue. Send back for warranty.
