SOURCE: Jura Capresso c1500..........'Service 8'

I finally called Capresso, resigned to send mine in for service (I'm the same poster as above). Instead they walked me through how to clean a sensor on the inside of the machine, told me how to change the grinder settings to less fine, and made me promise to dry my beans from now on. Cleaning the sensor isn't too hard--you have to feel up behind a flap on the underbelly of the machine and wipe it off with dry clean paper towels. I recommend giving them a call--they were very helpful. Good luck!

The dial on the upper right is all you need to do. Turn from the coffee cup to the water symbol. Water will pour out the spigot from the frother wand so put a cup under it. Close the tap when prompted by turning the dial back to the cup symbol

If you gind too fine, it will overload the pump and result in the "open tap" a few seconds into brew. Rinse and gind coarser to clear out malfunction.

SOURCE: Jura Capresso Impressa S9 -water won't pull into the unit

We have the same problem after installing a new filter (after 5years of perfect usage & no problem or maintenan)ce. An engineer told us to take the filter out completely & try to draw off water...if it does, do a de-scale IMMEDIATELY (using only recommended product) because the machine may be calcified. If that doesn't work, it may be the sprung sensor under the water carriage which may be blocked(with limescale) or broken...OR the little mesh sensor in the main body of the machine (which is located under the water filter). I am trying this tonight, otherwise its an engineer callout for collection & repair!

Leaking water

If it's clean water which runs out, check the hoses going from the water tank to the pump then through the boiler to the brew group. If coffee is running out instead, then it's the spout going from the brew group to the cup. I know Saeco's not Juras but they all function the same way.

Jura capresso e9 water not coming through spout

Use a pin or a needle on the spout to clean the nozzle head. Most of the time this is due to useing to fine a grind in the machine. You may have to clean the head this way more then one time to get it to start working again properly. If you have any further questions message me back.
Thank you

My C1500 has started leaking water out the bottom. I think it is coming from the right-hand side, but not sure. It doesn't seem to be coming from the tank and it is coffee-colored water. Any...

I'm working on the same problem, I need someone who reads technical swiss-german to help. There is a pump on the bottom right that drives cold water into the boiler. The connector on the bottom of the boiler (brass to vinyl plastic) came apart on mine. On a german language expresso maker website there are several parts that address this problem, the difficulty I'm having is figuring out which part fits tthe boiler I have as apparently this is a problem on serveral version and there have been re-designed connectors (mine doesn't look exactly like the one in the picture

Water leaking jura s9

The connectors on capresso machines are very tricky.
take it a part again, and make sure all the rings and pressing clamps are in the right place. Also take a good look and "IN" on your hot water tank, and the pressure relief valve in back of machine

I have a jura capresso S7. I am finding water in

This is normal, after each cycle the brew unit will empty the drainvalve for excess water, this will ensure that the water used for each new cup is fresh from the watertank.
