Lost hdd password and systems recovery CD

Lost Windows password:

• Login as Administrator. Try with no password (load safe mode if you don't see Administrator). Press F8 during boot to access Safe Mode. XP only.
  
• Login as other user (if other user is available) and manage users. Must be an administrator.
  
• Reformat computer.
  
• Use 3rd party software to remove password. Like http://www.top-password.com/reset-windows-password.html
  
• Free software option would be Hirens Boot CD. This one is command prompt only. http://www.hirensbootcd.org/ Must follow instructions exactly.
  

DOWNLOAD PCLOGINNOW FROM SOURCEFORGE.NET AND BURN THE ISO IN A CD. NOW BOOT WITH THE CD. THIS WILL DISPLAY A LIST OF ACCOUNTS. SELECT AN ACCOUNT AND CHECK THE 'IS PASSWORD EMPTY' CHECK BOX. IT WILL CLEAR THE PASSWORD FOR THAT ACCOUNT. NOW YOU CAN LOG IN WITH THAT ACCOUNT WITHOUT A PASSWORD.

If you have Windows XP press CTRL+ALT+DEL at the login screen.
A new login screen will appear. Login using Username: Administrator and Password: password
This will log you into the Admin account.
You can then go to the user account in the control panel and reset the password for your user account.

There are a lot of Windows password revealers and crackers available, but I’ve found that Windows Password Recovery Tool is the most effective.:
it not only supports XP, 2000, and NT, I have personally tested it with Vista Home Premium and Ultimate. It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password
You can use the ISO to burn a boot CD. Follow these instructions:
1. Download ISO file from http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com Windows Password Recovery Tool
2. Burn to a CD using a CD burning tool such as Nero or Roxio or MagicISO
3. Insert CD into drive and reboot.
4. You may have to select an option in the BIOS to get the computer to boot from the CD.
Booting up and clearing a password takes a minute or two works like a charm.

Unfortunately, there's no way to remove an HDD password. You can, however, just purchase a new hard drive and replace it. You can always get/purchase a recovery disc from Toshiba. Just call their technical support and ask for a recovery disc at 1-800-457-7777

theres a cd for that, try ask it for your friend if he has it...

Have you checked the heat of CPU? It might be cause of CPU overheating.
