Question about Cuisinart Grind and Brew 10 Cup Coffee Maker
Common with the DGB-600 - you can try icing it down for 10 minutes - once removed, clean exterior with vinegar applied to a rag to get oils off - endemic to this unit - replacing it with exact same model will not help.

I have the same problem!!
cannot remove the grinder basket
I cannot even pry the grinder out
I wish someone could seriously post the solution to this problem. I have searched the web for the answer and have failed.
I cannot get the grinder out of mine either - so how do you clean it?
