Open the front door/cover.Slightly push down the imaging unit which you want to replace.Pull the imaging unit outward, make sure first push it downward then pull it out towards yourself.Imaging unit will come out easily. After doing this, open up the new imaging unit.Remove its covering. Now put it straight, Green drum should be downward.Fit it to the machine from where you pulled out the old one. There are sliding at both side of imaging unit.make sure it sits perfectly in the machine gap.after inserting the imaging unit push it inward until it stops. If you heard a clicking sound then it means imaging unit has been fitted.

When C-35**,C-38** or C-39**(fusing temperature related
abnormality) occurs, be sure to repair defective parts before
setting DIPSW3-1 to 0. Setting DIPSW3-1 to 0 with defective

Definition for prefixes

Hi,when related to a barcode i would say this means eg.<pre fix> barcode <post fix> its would really be called a <pre-embale> and <post-emble>.
this is a seting on the barcode read which adds certain events to the start of a barcode when its transmitted to the computer/terminal.
eg. imaginge i need the letter 'S' every time i scan a bar code then the transmitted code would look like <S>barcode<CR>, in this example i have added a common <post-amble> the Carrage Return.

I replaced the fixing unit (never did it before) and now I get service code F-35-10. Did I blow it up?

What make and model of copier do you have? The F35-10 code does not belong to the Minolta Bizhub 350 under which your question is posted. At least I have never seen it and it is in not in my factory service manual.

Error code F-35-1 in bizhub 7145 copier

quote is probably in the right price range. you need to look at how many copies are on your machine. look at any future repairs/supplies that will be needed. like drum, developer unit. If these are also needing to be changed soon, you will have to plan on those costs also. Any comparable machine that you get get will be expensive to repair the big items. You have to put all of the money that you spent on the machine and find out how many copies you have made. you can then figure out the cost per copy. At the same time, if this machine does everything that you need from a copier, do you want to buy a new one at much higher cost.

KONICA 7030 F-35-7 CODE

F35-7 is a low temp abnormality in the fixer.
To reset you need to enter the '25' mode and go to dip switch 3 - 1 and reset this to 0.
This should reset the code. ( dip switch 3, 1 to 7 control the high/low temps for the fixing unit i believe they should all be 0)

Hope this helps.
