You can't v is for virtual which means 64 is your graphics ram and the rest is borrowed from your hdd

If memory serves me, the mass storage controller is part of the chipset software. Here is a link to the driver download for you laptop. Choose the OS, and then look under motherboard for the chipset driver. While you are there, you might even update all your hardware drivers.

Battery most likely has dead cells, the live cell that is still working is showing 100% but does not enough juice to keep the computer running by itself. You need a new battery.

Have you ever done a Disk Cleanup?
This removes temporary files and compressed files etc. that are no longer required and returns hard disk space for you to use.

sir you have to replace the whole keyboard because the single key onf the keyboard is not replaced.also its not a costly thing.
