The user's manual is actually fairly easy -- go to radioshack.com and search for the catalog number "1603910". The only hit you'll get will be the manual.

I'm having no luck with the battery so far, however.

I have uploaded the PDF manual for AMW T365 few minutes ago at FixYa site. You should be able to see it soon.
