I don't mean to be smart. but the best option for you is to go buy a new remote from wal-mart. As this remote sounds like it is an off brand remote and you will most likely never find the instructions for it.

i better suggest that you buy a universal remote that supports Rav312 rather than buying a Rav311, coz sometyms there are instances that even they look exactly the same the programs of each buttons are different unless they have the same chipboard. So, to play safe go for a universal remote that supports Rav312. hope that it helps.

Go and buy a universal remote with button memory capability. (able to learn any remote function). That works great for me.
