There is not awhole lot to do.. The toner bottle you put in was it a white or light blue? White is toner & light blue is developer. Developer is used by a tech to replace. It sounds like the copier is over toned. You are most likely going to have to have the developer replaced to solve the lose toner... Wish I could give you a easier solution.

No there is no hard disk drive in the EP1085. This was an analog machine and as such had to provision for PC connectability, printing or scanning. Therefor no hard drive needed or offered.
