It could be that the printer driver is not installed properly. You may want to uninstall your existing printer driver first before installing the new driver. On your computer, go to Start menu > Programs > Lexmark X2200 Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. After the uninstall process, reboot your pc when prompted. Proceed with the re-installation of your printer driver. Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the
Lexmark X2250 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system
> click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended
Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on
your computer screen to complete the installation. After the install process, try to print a document to verify that the printer driver is installed properly. Note: Use the Vista driver in Windows 7.
