Lexmark usually does not distribute replacement install disk.

Contact Lexmark here, to see if the disk is available.


If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

Click here:Official Lexmark Drivers and Software

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
Afterdownloading,findthe file,doubleclick on the file, if you get introubles ,thenfollowinstructions below to reset and reinstall:

  • Unplug printer USB.
  • Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
  • Download driver from website and run the file.
  • Follow driver installation wizard.
  • Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.
Note:some printer does not work on Vista

I had the same problem, your printer is a 3100 series but the scanner is considerd a 1200 and that is the drivers and utilities you need to install from Lexmark. I hope this helps...

I HAVE A LEXMARK ALL IN ONE PRINTER THE 3100 SERIES, AND I LOST THE CD TO INSTALL IT BACK TO MY COMPUTER, SO HOW CAN I RE-INSTALL IT?
go to the website and write to customer service, they will send you another CD, or you may be able to download from their site.

Did you remove the program from your computer programs? If not, you may be able to click on it and reinstall....worth a try.

Hey,

The lexmark drivers and software required for installing the printer is available at www.lexmark.com

Select Drivers & downloads then driver finder.

Type in your model x2350 for example

Select your windows version

Download the setup program.

1.Download software
2.Run the downloaded setup
3.Plugin the printer when asked
4.Done

the 3100 is not listed in the NA products you may try to download it from a freeware site.
