I've had this phone for about a year and half now and when i plugged it in to charge, the fusic logo turns on and then blink off but it won't fully turn on. it doesn't get passed the fusic yellow logo. can suggestions would be appreciated. thank you!
I'm a bit late here. Lots of people with this problem. See the link at the bottom of this solution.
Some things they suggest:
1) Take the battery and memory card (if you use one) out of the phone.
2) With these removed, press the power button as if you were turning it on.
3) Wait at least 30 minutes.
4) Reinstall the battery and plug in the phone, but DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT ON.
5) Wait another 30 minutes.
6) Keeping it plugged in, see if it will turn on.
If it turns on, let it finish charging. You can reinsert your memory card a few minutes after it starts up.
If it doesn't turn on, you'll need to head to a store or call up Sprint about repair/replacement.

I've had my phone for maybe a year and a half, and have NEVER had battery/charge problems.. til now... I tried to plug it in and it just refused to charge. I even used 2 different chargers and several outlets... nothing. I don't want to have to buy a new battery for a possible design flaw that had nothing to do with the condition of my phone.

I have the exact same problem. Mine actually asked me if I wanted to connect to sprint contacts backup. I thought I hit something by mistake so I backed out of it. No more than a few minutes later I got the yellow screen of death.
If anyone has any sugestions for a cheap fix I'd Love to hear it. In additon I like to say I love the phone until now..

The Same thing just started happening to my wife's phone. Any ideas? I'm pretty sure it's a firmware issue.
My battery did the same thing, just quit charging. I bought a new battery and it worked fine for another couple months, then the screen went blank all of a sudden. If so many people have these problems, they ought to fix it for free. Anyone have any luck getting someone to fix/replace their fusic?
I've had my phone for a year and a half now all of a sudden it keeps restarting, it turns on then restarts.. if i push any buttons the yello s/w upgrade thing turns on. I dont even need to touch the phone for it to restart. It just wont stay on! What can I do?
