I have a 96 infiniti I30 and my battery recently died bc I left my lights on one morning.. after I got a jump I noticed that my cd player goes on..but will not recognize the disc that is In there already,...

I suspect your cd play needs you to enter a security code. You should look through the documents that came with your car for a hand written 4 digit code on the owners manual perhaps.

No power not even light but power is going to transformer also touch the metal cover with a phase tester and it lights up (only just though)..jvc mx-j30

hello you may have ac power but no dc power take the cover off and have a look for any swollen capacitors or components that might be burn't

If it has a aux input at the back you can get a dock and that will let you plug it into your system.

My JVC cd player, plus Mini disc, and radio. CD will not play

Thank you for your email. The problem must have been dust. I kept putting the cleaning disc in for quite a number of times. Thankfully the problem was simple and it is playing super.

Hi sorry cant be modified to do but what you could do is use an external player and plug it into the AUX input on the back

JVC MX-C33 Tape Drive Problem

there are small rubber belts that drive the tape spindle that makes the tape play! Over time these stretch and become loose and make the tapes play slowly and even shut down (replace belts and it should be fine) these belts are located in back of tape spindel and are about two inches long!

You can take a dry q-tip and clean off the lens of the laser assy. This is all that a consumer can do. Otherwise take it to a repair shop.
