Hi. I assume it's about using a so called universal remote instead of the missing, or defective original one.
These codes are documented in the manual of the new remote. Mostly 4 digits, listed by brand. If you don't have this list, it's hopeless.

The manufacturer of ET427E is Funai. It is a 27" colour TV have normal inputs and outputs to use. Only a standard TV, has no advanced functions.OK.
Have you tired to cycle through the codes stored in the remote (read link here)? Here's a link for the remotes codes for specific TV's (click here). It appears the only code for ESA is 733.
