What you need to do now is to request for another security code.
Click here to access the Facebook "Reset Your Password?" page:
Do
not close the page after hitting the Reset Password button. Open a new
tab to access your Yahoo Mail. Look in the inbox a mail from Facebook.
Copy the security code (Note: if mail is not on the inbox,find it on
spam or junk folder). Go back to the page on Facebook and enter the
code. It will let you change your password after entering the security
code.

Sir, try signing in your email account. You should have got a confirmation email from facebook. Open the email and click the confirmation link on it. So that your account gets activated. Then after you can access your account.
