Take and Send a Picture via Messaging.

1. From the main screen, navigate: MENU > Media Center > Picture & Video.
   Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
2. Select My Pictures.
3. Select a picture then press the right Soft key to choose Options.
4. Select Send.
5. Select Picture Message.
6. Enter the 10-digit mobile phone number or email address then select OK.
7. Select SEND.

I have Convoy 2. To change the setting you press "menu" Usually center button on phone. Go to "Star" for settings. On Convoy 2 phone setting option 8, Press "OK"(center button), Select options 5 for language a press "OK" and select language. I hope Convoy 3 have the same menu.

Adding a speed dial - Samsung Convoy (SCH-u640)

1. From the main screen, press OK to choose MENU.
2. Select Contacts then press OK.
3. Select Speed Dials then press OK.
4. Select the desired speed dial number then press OK to choose SET.
5. Select the desired contact then press OK.
6. If prompted, select the desired phone number then press OK.

Main Menu > "5"(media center) > "1" (music & tones) > "5" (my sounds) > "1" (RECORD NEW)...
Then - SET TIME - for either "SEND" size (small enough to text it OR "Normal" which will run for as long as your on board memory will allow

i dont know what causes it or anything other than i have a convoy and mine is starting to do the same thing, i have found if i shut the phone off and restart it then i can take pics and send them ok :)

No, the front screen cannot stay I. I checked this with a Samsung representative. The only thing you can do to get the front screen to light up without opening the phone up is press and hold the volume key while the phone is closed. This will light up the front screen for a few seconds.
