My fone says offline and wont recieve calls or texts

Perhaps it's for the flight mode? Try resetting that part out.

call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone ...and send you sim updates ....and then you will get the text message options

the screen pixel or little crack in screen problem,there is only one way of fixing it back to normal is change sreen ,but the parts and labor will cost more then a new fone so i suggest just get new fone will be cheaper and a new fone.if my info was of help to you please leave a comment,vote,note.thankyou

1. perhaps LCD is faulty
2. Software reload may also solve the problem if LCD is OK.

Mine is a nokia E71 locked to three. Three do all kinds of things to the cellphone which i believe renders some applications unusable, i am unable to install games via cable or via 3G, it wont let me call from abroad and the signal is always very erratic...cant wait to get away from three and their stupid mobile... fixes

Reply Via Same Centre (choose NO)
this might do the trick.

perhaps the phone was reported lost/ stolen by the previous owner... if that is the case, the phone would lock, and not be able to work
