Sound of Water coming from internal backside of freeze

Honestly, most people are not experienced on LG to know all the symptom and their solution. I guess you will have to wait for it to break again to have it fixed.

First you need to determine where the water is coming from - inside the freezer/refrigerator or from underneath. I am going to guess it is coming from underneath the refrigerator after a freezer defrost cycle. The evaporator pan is overflowing or it has been misplaced or the evaporator fan is defective.

If your refrigerator is new, it should be under warranty. You should call Whirlpool and order a service call or return the refrigerator to the store where you bought. Why should you go through the stress of figuring out what is wrong and trying to fix it. In the process of fixing it, you may void your warranty!

I hope this is helpful to you. If nothing else, it should put the problem in perspective. Make the jokers at Whirlpool do the right thing. You paid good money with the expectation of receiving a good refrigerator. It is not right that you have a problem with a new refrigerator.

The overload/relay is shorted . This is the piece plugged onto the side of the compressor , with 2 or 3 wires going to it . Pt # 8201786 . Remove the back refrig panel to access the compressor . This part is easily replaceable . Instruction come with the part(s) . A little plastic "clip" needs to be released , when removing the plug from the part , by using a small screwdriver .

Ensure there is proper water pressure and volume to the unit....replace the water filter....all should be fine.

The drain at the bottom of the evaporator on the freezer rear wall is blocked up. Ice may have gotten so far up the side of the evaporator that it is blocking a return air duct which is located there. You need to completely deice the freezer and then **** out and purge the drain hole on the bottom of the evapotrator with hot water and a turkey baster.

try using a hair dryer to thaw out the trough and remove the ice. please note the ice will run all the way up into the tube where it comes thru the cabinet.
this may have occured from your recent filter change as a new filter introdues alot of air into the water system and will cause these tubes to freeze up. in the future right after you replace your filter be sure to run aout 1/2 to 1 gallon of water thru water dispenser to clear air out of system. thx peyton

IF THE FRIDGE IS COOLING AND FREEZING WITHOUT AND HASSLE THEN YOU DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CONTROL BOARDS.ALSO IF THE WATER IS STILL COMING OUT THE WATER SIDE OF IT.YOU NEED TO LOCATE THE WATER VALVE AND CHECK IF THE VALVE TO THE ICE MAKER IS NOT BLOWN THAT MIGHT BE THE CAUSE OF THE FRIDGE NOT MAKING ICE.

I bought kenmore refigerator 21 cu.ft. year ago, but recently on top of freeze door side produces ice would you please tell me what's happen and how to prevent.

are the "fingers" of the icemaker pointed toward you and slightly up? if not the icemaker is internally broken . is the red light to the right blinking twice and then a one second pause? if not the emmitter is broken. is the black hose coming from the ceiling blocked with ice ? if so the water vave is broken allowing water to seep in hose and freeze. hope this helps.
