Blank screen Phone is turned on and keypad lights up but the inside and outside screens stay blank I have the same exact problem! when i turn my phone on it usually shows a LG symbol but now all it is is like a really dark navy blue screen that lights. and when i turn it on i cant see my wallpaper or anything. HELP!!!

i want to tell you to put it all in rice..but i guess that just works with phones

friend had this problem try pressing the screen down with ur finger (the inside screen)

just visit motorola service centre, there is a problem in its FPC cable

You have a couple of options:
Take it to a motorola repairer or try to update the firmware on your phone. As you cant get it to go past the Hellomoto screen a hard reset would not possible.

Take the phone to a mobile service center and have the flexcable replaced on the phone.

I can take perfect pictures indisde a building, but taking a picture outside, I can see the item but if I take the picture and looking at the picture the screen turns blank, seems to me that there is to much light exposure.

Same thing happened to me. Mine was covered under the 1 year warranty and was replaced.

get a TORX 6 screwdriver

take it apart
Google for V220 take apart/ disassembly

WIggle the tiny flex cable connector
near the hinge.. still no luck ????

Buy another V220 on ebay

gently take the phone apart and sub in the whole
screen shell and front of keypad.

DO NOT TRY TO remove the screen from the body section..
you will destroy to the teeny tiny flex cable.

their is a small ribbon wire connecting the screen to the rest of the phone, look on the net for tutes. and find the best one (read many) or let a qualified teck. look at it... good luck.\
