I've had this problem in the past with my 910 and it was because the battery was not charged, so leaving it in it's charging cradle overnight or plugged into your car for an hour or so has solved this in the past. However, even that solution isn't working for me. The unit has power as the green light is on, but the device itself will not turn on.I've had this problem in the past with my 910 and it was because the battery was not charged, so leaving it in it's charging cradle overnight or plugged into your car for an hour or so has solved this in the past. hold the power on button down until it turns on, does this help, also being plugged into charger with green light coming on normally means that the unit is charged.
I had the same problem with the go 920, I thought it was broken,
Solution was to insert pin into reset hole for 15 Sec, after which hold the power on button for at least 5 Secs
Connect it to your computer (green light should be on) and hold down the power button for at least 15 seconds to reset it. Let go of the power button once the device reboots. Run HOME (www.tomtom.com/home) and download/install any updates that it finds.
