Simply place the paper between the plastic posts. Put top portion down; feed paper up slightly - put smaller front plate back in place and press feed button.

Hello, my name is Curtis, I am a Sharp Customer Servicer Rep. Normally the calculator would have a thin slot on the back, where you would feed the paper through, then once you press the paper in till it hits an inner wall, you would press the feed key which is on the upper left side of the calculator. i don't know this particular calc very well, but on most calcs, the paper feeds between the rubber one and a plastic idler roller that is on a shaft below the rubber one. if you can see the rubber roller turning, check the plastic one as it can sometimes slide to one side or the other, and bind up causing paper to not feed. you can usually get at it with a small screwdriver or something like that and center it back and that will take care of problem.
