HELLO, MY NAME IS TZINAS JOHN FROM GREECE AND I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE WRITE DOOR OF MY FREEZE.
THE MODEL IS * SBDE520S W *
THE PROBLEM IS THAT IT GET IT ALL THE DOOR DOWN FROM THE DOWN SIDE OF THIS.
I HAVE FIND THAT THE PROBLEM IS TO A LITLE PLASTIC PEASE FROM THE DOWN SIDE OF THE DOOR.
PLEASE CAN HELP ME WHERE I CAN FIND THIS PART???
Its quite possible, that "the box with thermostat and small door fix on chanel for regulating cold air from freezer in fridge side", is not the problem, there can be a few diff problems, the fan in the freezer may n ot be blowing the air over, you may have a bad defrost thermostat, preventing proper defrost cycles and building up with ice preventing proper air flow. i would look into a little more before condemning the part your lookin at( damper control)
the damper control is part number(10271401) you can find a complete part look up at sears . com under parts, ar amana will be able to ship you part

Thank you for answer.....yes, the cold air blowing in fridge part and now everything in side a fridge is frozen because we took that square box with thermostat and now cold air blowing with no control
where I can find that damper control (complet with thermostat)
