Coby mp3 player

Try to reset it if possible.
If the computer charges it then the computer recognizes it as a connected device. That's how usb works. It could be you need a new USB cable. Many devices that use USB for charging do not have the data leads connected in their cables. This is called a "vampire" connection as it only sucks 5 volts DC from the computer/charger .

My webcam has stopped working, It just says 'No video capture device was detected on your system'

The camera device is likely disconnected from computer port. Attempt to establish connection cables by unplugging and reconnecting several times to allow the computer to recognize the activity. The sensitivity of the computer with device would simply recognize a reconnect. Usually, the computer has to be restarted to acquire the connection capacity with prior computers and peripheral devices.

My new garmin nuvi 265W constatntly reboots itself for no reason. I am unable to connect it to the PC to run webupdater on it because when I attach it to the USB, the unit just sits and reboots itself, so...

Have your Nuvi fully charged before you do anything with it

With the unit Off

connect the gps to your computer using the USB cord, your computer will detect new hardware USB port

go to www.MyGarmin.com once there it too will detect your model and give you the correct updates and unlock maps

you must register your unit with garmin

Connect external hard disk IBM travel star 80GB USB port 2

Unless it's windows 98 you don't need a driver. If your computer can't see it, it's probably broken. Try plugging it in to another computer and see if it can see it

Computer wont recognize Sansa Mp3

There are two connection settings in USB: MTP and MSC. For some reason MTP is the default, but it doesn't connect properly on all computers. Select MSC and plug the player in again, the computer will recognize sansa e250 but not show the driver just yet. It is installing recognition software (just basic drivers - nothing heavy) and it doesnt tell you what its doing until its complete. WAIT FOR IT. Once it is complete you will see both the sansa e250 and the removable memory slot in your "my computer" now you're good to go.

Can you please help me, don't know what to do =(

Yes! That is, if you are certain that the device has no malware or virus on it! Shut the computer down completely (power off). Then connect your device and reboot the computer. It should then recognize your device.
