Samsung av-r610 av receiver. noisy cooling fan. can it be replaced with a quieter/more efficient one?

Check the cooling fan

First inspect the fan for dirt buildup (could cause imbalance) or foreign objects such as sticks and leaves. Make sure the screws holding the housing and fan guard are snug (do not over-tighten; you do not want to strip out the sheet metal!) If the compressor is noisy, that is a warranty issue. While you're at it, follow the owner's manual instructions for cleaning. Regular cleaning of the condenser improves the efficiency of the unit and keeps it quieter.. Contact the installer or seller for warranty problems.

Pay attention to the noise rating (Sones level) when you buy a new one. The lower the number, the quieter the fan. Price is not the only factor as it depends on the size, the air flow, extra features (like heat lamps), and design details. Generally, quieter fans cost more than noisy ones, but an expensive fan can be noisy too.

your fan motor touching the ice formation when occur..adjust your fan motor blade,or your fan motor .to avoid making noisy all the time.

Try opening the chassis and clean the inside of the pc. You can use a blower to remove dusts inside the pc. Usually this is the culprit. Excessive dust will make your cooling system ineffective so the fan will run very fast to cool it down. If your pc is clean, check if there are wires touching the blades of the fan. Also check if there are broken blades in the fan. If everything is fine and still fan is noisy, you have to replace it.

Most of the problems with cooling fans in equipment is due to loss of lubrication. What anybody would do in this case is take out the cover of the receiver and replace the noisy fan, or, in case you are able to do so, repair the fan.
In fans with ball bearings, you can do nothing but disasembling the fan and replace the tiny BB, in fans with sleeves bearings, you may disassemble it, clean it well, and put some oil or light grease in it before reasembling it.

Search the internet for a cooler for that model motherboard, or a cooling fan designed for that motherboard that can provide add'l cooling for your system.

First attempt to clean out the fan with some compressed air and clean the fan intakes as well as clean the exhaust areas.

U DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM...IF U R CPU IS PROPERLY  U NEED NOT TO BURRY.ITS OK
AND FAN NOICE DOESNOT MATTER MAN.....MY PC  ALSO HAVE 3 FANS AND CREAT SO MUCH SOUND..............
