I have tried all the tips but my problem remained so I took the front panel off then I unplugged the battery for one minute and then replugged the battery and reassembles the printer. After that it works and I don't have the problem back untill now. May be it's a bit risky but instead of discarding the whole printer I tried it. Just a little courage!

Hello there :
in the main menue of the printer there is a option that lets you reset it to zero but if this is a buisness printer you might have to have the company come and set it for you cause theire somtimes is a code that is entered to get to the main menue
