Just a note:

HTC Sync cannot be used for file transfers of music and videos.

To do that, you need to remove your phone's memory card - insert it in a PC - download the Music/Videos to the PC - then transfer them to the memory card.

Look at the back of your sim card pack you will see a 7 or 8 digit number this should be your PUK 2 number

If you dont find your PUK 2 number then you should call your network provider and request for it
