My canon i 950 doesn't print or respond to the computer, the orange light blinks 7 times and then a green light once for a few seconds, this keeps repeating.

It indicate that your print head may defective probably cause by
electrical connection, u can try to unplug the print head and clean the
electrical contact part with dry paper and install it back. Make sure
the contact part is fix into the holder completely.
