Sony dcr-dvd602e,no software in computer

have to install the camera software on the Internet and access the application directly recording

hi if you have the charger plugged in the camera the you have power to work it, if you unplug the charger and it dose not work, the I think the battery is not charged fully or it is no good after being left to long, check to see if the battery is charged. I hope this helps you, please let me know.

Check in setup menu USB strem function on or off.If off then on it after that it will work.

you probably need to include both files when burning to cd

to solve this problem you must finilize your DVD befor watch it in DVD ROM or Video CD.

chose your language and go to page 26. i did it and it worked.

or do the following instruction

1-put your DVD on camera.
2-plug your camera to power
3-turn on camera
4-push easy button on camera
5-push setup on touch screen
6-chose finilize DVD
7-chose yes yes yes
8-after filnalizing enjoy your DVD

Hello, your Camcorder is in PAL (system for most European countries). In US the system is NTSC. But be calm. On multisystem sets you can follow the converted signal. On PC it is even easier. If you need more info please advice.
