I purchased your Taylor Precision Tech Chrome & Glass Lithium Electronic Scale a couple of year ago. It "exploded" into many pieces yesterday. All I did was move it. Why did this happen?

mine does the same thing. battery is fine at 2.85volts.

The taylor lithium electronic scale says 00 and then ERR. there is no ERR2. should i change the batteries? it never said lo.

If you get an "Err" or "Error" message, you will need to step off of the scale, wait a few seconds and then step back onto the scale.

yes call the manufacutere or go to the store where you purchased it from and they can supply you with a the proper company and phone number
