Question about ViewSonic VX2235wm LCD Monitor

Vx2235wm lcd flickers a bit then turns white

When i turn on my vx2235wm it's fine for a few minutes then it flickers the screen shows white stripes/bars then the screen goes white can i get it fixed?

White screen is an indication of a faulty video board.
A blown fuse in the actual screen will cause the same effect but usually these do not reset on a fresh startup.
You can check the ribbon going from the video board to the back of the screen to see if it is somehow working loose, but I think based on your description that this isn't the problem.

There is no T'Con board to Plasma TVs. Flickering can be of many reasons. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Is it hooked up with HDMI cable?

If so try unplugging the HDMI cable and re plugging the cable in, sometimes those cables work loose and if they are not tight, it will cause your screen to flicker. Happens to my TV once in awhile.

Viewsonic vx2235vm does not turn on

This really sounds like you have a power supply board that is having problems with the filter capacitors which are causing it to not start up correctly. Here is a like to a repair guide including video instructions showing how to open and repair the monitor.

Hi, I have a ViewSonic VX2235mw LCD Monitor it was working fine then all of a sudden the screen turned off and now it wont turn back on. The power light is on and is Blue but no sign of life in the screen...

This is a very common problem with this model after a few years of use. This problem is caused by a failure of the capacitors in the power supply board hat powers up the back lights in the monitor. When the back lights don't power up you get no display on the screen. I have a Sony VAIO PCG-K25 Notebook Problem. When I Push the Power on Button, A flickering white screen comes up. The system goes throught boot up just fine but the LCD screen remains white. When hooked...

These symptoms are not the inverter problem, What can you do if the laptop LCD screen turned completely white? From my experience I can tell that this problem may be related to the following: 1. Loose connection between the video cable and the LCD screen. 2. Defective LCD screen. 3. Defective motherboard (I assume the graphics card is integrated into the motherboard).
Check these by yourself or get assistance from sony support.

Tft problem

your monitor might not recieving incoming signal thats why it turns off try to examin your cpu this might be the problem your system is no booting...replace your videocard..
