E21 error code

i only find e21 error for hoover washers...

F21 (or E21) normally indicates a fault with the motor or the main control board. ... If the error code returns, you have a problem with the motor (most likely carbon brushes), wiring or main control. If the machine won't go into diagnostics to erase the error code, it would suggest a faulty control board.

I understand that your Electrolux range is displaying error codes "E21" and "E39" and you are waiting for a part to become available to change. Based off the error codes "E21" stands for key sensor for cook place two which means a potential issue with the left board. "E39" stands for incorrect configuration. To configure your cooktop you would need to press and hold the "Warm" key, then press right front "Power" key until it beeps. Then press left front key and the configuration should start. It is the customer fault code. Simply turn on and turn off appliance.
E11 - problem with fill water
E21 - problem with draining water
E41 - door open
All other errors require service staff !!!

Manual says E21 is 'Off Line'. Not much to go on there but I am guessing that is probably referring to something that is plugged into the serial ports on the side - perhaps it is looking for an external kitchen printer of something along those lines.

use dvd-r they are not as tempermental. plus they are more universal if giving the media to somebody that may be older.

Just saw your problem! 'E21' refers to Document Board Motor Problem' Check if there is any loose contact and if required replace motor.

The unit is saying that its an "Un-format disc" problem. Is this the only error code you are getting? Also, what types of DVDs are being used? As in, DVD-R DVD-RW DVD+R DVD-RW and what speeds? 1x 2x 4x 8x 16x?
