Hello i own a Samsung SGH-A707 Cellular Phone, which was purchased several months ago in Florida, USA, by a family member who was there for a business trip.
I leave in Papua New Guinea (PNG), which is in the South Pacific, north of Australia.
The phone was working fine, when it was being used in the States, however, when brought back to PNG it wouldn't accept our sim, it was locked as well.
I did searchs on the internet and found some solutions however using those solutions led to my phone being frozen with the above error message 'Phone Freeze SIM unavailable Please contact service provider'
Because of my unique location, i'm having difficulty contacting service provider at&t.
Can you please help me.
Regards,
Teri - PNG Samsung SGH-A707 Cellular Phone user.
