PRESS MUTE BUTTON AND 'F' FUNCTION BUTTON (TOP LEFT ON THE REMOTE) AT SAME TIME AND IT SHOULD SLOVE THE PROBLEM. ENJOY.

Try pressing the ( F ) button and the mute button at the same time on your remote control.
