Documents to Go

I keep getting Fatal Alert "MemoryMgr.c,Line:2903,MemSet to Null when opening certain documents that I have created and downloaded to my Tungsten E. How can I override this alert without draining the battery and loosing all my added software and having to re-Hot-Sync the software from scratch?

You need to re-install Docs to Go. The option would be visible on your PCs Docs to Go Menu. Rest assured, no cold resetting, no hassles. Sajid Ali Khan Karachi, Pakistan

How do I do a hard reset? I tried a soft reset with no luck. I have a fatal alert: memorymgr.c, line 3632, NULL handle

Hold power button while pressing reset button release release the power button when you see YES/NO confirmation to erase all data. Once you choose Yes, It will set everything to factory default. Personal data will be erased.

Documents to Go: Fatal Alert

It could just be that document, but I suspect if you've followed typical trouble-shooting steps you wouldn't be posting unless you already tried other documents. If that is the case, I would recommend you uninstall and reinstall documents to go from your device.

Fatal Alert problem

We prayed and asked God to save the data even though we had to do a hard reset. Data was preserved entirely! For this we give thanks--and praise.
