We have a GE Monogram ZV950SDSS range hood. Unfortunetley one of the lights were replaced with the wrong MR16 bulb a 50 Watt bulb was installed and should have been a 20Watt. It worked fine for the first few days than both left side lights went out. 2 bulbs on the right side still work fine and the fan still works.. We replaced both bulbs with the proper MR16 20Watt bulbs and neither are working.. However the other 2 on the right side still are working. Please help...

FLASH covers a multitude of possibilities. What is the voltage of the blower motor. What you are describing often happens when 220 is wired to a 110 lighting circuit. I would not be running the blower motor although I hope it has inherent built in motor protection. If the voltage is applied higher to light bulbs they become flash bulbs. Florescents can become fire fixtures fast. If you are not an electrician back away from this and disconnect power at your breakers. Do not open up and trouble shoot if you are not qualified so you do not get embarrassed and have a dirt nap. It only takes about 40 vo;ts and a few milliamps cross chess to kill you. Also when ever you turn something on start and keep the habit of using one hand to turn it on and one hand to grab your pants behind you. OK OK or skirt. This prevents a cross chest shock . Old Navy (USN) death defeating rule that sved me many times and still. Remember call a pro when you do not know .
SOURCE: Where can I find the internal fuse on the GE
There are (2) inline 5A - 125V fuses under the top fan/duct cover. They are located on the left side (as facing the unit) in a plastic junction box. Four Phillips head screws hold the cover on.

You should check the lamps if they are ok and if you have a new one try to be 100%.
If not you should the fuse internal. We have here a parts diagram and fuse is part no 170 and is a 5A fuse.
Finaly since the board is new and consider that the connections have been set correctly then you should check the light transformer part no 208 in same diagram. Check whith a multimeter in and out voltage if it is ok.
