You could try removing the battery, and reinstalling the battery to see if the touch screen starts working again. If it doesn't, this device will need to be sent in to Sony for repairs.

Try a master reset on the TV. With the TV powered on, hold down the"UP" button on the remote control.. Then, while holding down the up button, press the power button on the TV (not the one on the remote). Please let me know if this works and be sure to rate the solution. Thanks!
