Question about Raypak Rp2100 Pool & Spa Heater Lonox 407k Btu Natural Gas Polymer Header Digital Rp407aenc
Raypak RP 2100 was working fine. Propane was low (30%) and the heater wouldn't come on. It would CFH, then SPK over and over but would never ignite. I thought the gas was low, filled the take, it still just sparks over and over but never lights. eventually turns to a LO code.
SOURCE: RayPak 2100 pilot won't light heater. I'm getting PLT message.

SOURCE: raypak pool heater piliot light on heat will not turn on
Make sure that gas control knob is set to ON (counterclockwise).
Make sure that ON/OFF switch is ON.
Check that temperature setting is high enough to call for heat.
Make sure pool pump is running and water is flowing to unit.
If not above there is a diagnostic procedure on page 33 of manual at:

SOURCE: When we tried to light the heater the CFH shows,
The CFH is a Call For Heat.
The SPK tells you that it is creating a spark for ignition.
The LO tells me that you are on propane.
The fact that it doesnt light tells me that either the ignitor is not sparking, or that there is no gas, or an incorrect gas supply.
If this unit is installed with flexible gas line, replace this with rigid black pipe or a larger flex line.
