Question about i-mate PDA2k Pocket PC

Imate pda2k pocket pc shows align screen

I have an imate pda2k pocket pc and is working good. Out of curiosity i tried hard reset and it ends to align screen. Everytime i made a hard reset the screen show " tap the screen to setup your pocket pc" then after tapping the screen it shows align screen , everytime i hit the screen the target continue moving but stay in align screen window. help any solution....

    S dear here same problem and lot of my menus are gone only 6 options are shown to me where as it show full menu. how can i retirve all

    I have the same problum I hver try to contact with I-mate help centre but I could not received any respons so any body help me to retrive main nenu (I have the problum from last 2 days) I try hard reset but the result is nil

Go to start, setup, system, screen, and then click align screen. and then it will give u some small circles to tap on it. u tap correctly on the circles. after few clicks it will automatically tell u that ur screen has been aligned. ur problem is solve by a cute pakistani. pakistan live long. love u.

    I have the same problem but the diference is mine does not go into the window mobile programme it stays in the align screen no matter how many times i click on it. I even take the battery out and a reset but nothing happens. How do i get past the align screen from starting up. Johan. South africa

My imate pda2k volume keep on increasing automatically and power on/off button is also not working.what is its solution.plz tell as soon as possible
Backup your data and Hard reset.
1.Hold down the power button
2.stick your stylus in the 'soft reset' hole.

tap and hold on align target until it moves to next corner or next step, if you are using windows 6 or 6.5 you should be very much accurate on taping and holding to align the screen.

My laptop can not recognize my imate PDA2K pocket PC because i lost the CD containing drivers and utilities. can you please help me where to find the usb driver driver for my imate pocket pc. thank you...
just download ActiveSync 4.5 from Microsoft download website. this software comes with all the USB drivers you will need to connect ans sync you PDA to your PC computer.

How can i format i-mate pocket pc ?
hold power key and put stylus in reset hole. this is for imate jam. if doesn't work, tell me exact cell model.

I-mate PDA2K shuts down without reason, requiring hard reset.
i had the same problem. but after changing the battery its oky now. its better u change your battery. u will end up the problem. but before changing the battery just c that is the outer cover of i-mate intact or not. because the problem with me was another one also. the external small cover could not be properly closed and it would move whenever i moved the cell phone alot. because there is a sensor along the shutting edges of the back cover. untill its closed completely your imate will give u the same problem. so first see the the cover is not moving all the time and if u do not have problem with that then change your battery. love u buddy. babay. a cute pakistani.
