SOURCE: all of a sudden my fuji s3 pro isn't recognising

That's the problem. It works fine in another camera so the card is optimized for that camera. To optimize it for your Fuji S3 pro, you need to format it in the camera. This will erase it so download any pics first.

When I switch the s3 pro on, FEE is displayed in the top LCD panel. What does this mean?

Try setting the lens aperture to the minimum aperture.
OR: If you are using a flash, the flash needs to set to TTL, or the camera to either S, A or M.

The ISO can be set in the setup menu. It can also be set to "auto" ISO if you prefer.

Line showing in low light

When you say in low light, I take it you mean when on a high ISO setting. The S3Pro does have some limitations in this regard. One reviewer stated:

"As expected, our test images are clean and relatively noise free from ISO 100 through ISO 800. At ISO 1600, noise has a significant impact on images. To keep it in check, Fujifilm applies relatively heavy detail-smearing noise reduction to JPEGs. You can bypass this by shooting raw, but then your images will be fairly noisy. All in all, we'd rate the S3 Pro's high-ISO image quality to be middle-of-the-pack among current dSLRs."

I guess that probably answers your question!

Grainy pics

When using sport mode the ISO jumps to 400 or more, and this is very noticeable in the grain of the picture. S3 renders good detail up to ISO 200. My advice: Set ISO to 200 in Tv mode, then set the shutter speed to 400 or something like that using the < > buttons. You have to try the best speed under the light you are. If the light is very good, perhaps you can use ISO 100 and get much better results.

S2 Pro User Questions-Focus Issue

With the camera you have, noise isn't much of an issue when pushing the ISO to 400, 800 or even 1600. Try setting at ISO 400 and change it to manual mode or shutter priority and then choose a faster shutter speed. Take some test shots. If it's still blurred, increase the shutter speed and ISO to 800 and try again.
